🏖️ Location: Delray Beach, Parking near Vista Del Mar Street.

🏖️ What to Bring:

• A blanket for a cozy seat & your trusty yoga mat.

• A beach towel for your comfort.

• A nourishing breakfast dish or some fresh fruits to share.

🏖️ What to Expect:

🍫 Opening: Intention setting with Ceremonial Cacao.

🌞 Sunrise Meditation: We'll kickstart our day with a brief, guided meditation to tune into our hearts and connect with the present moment.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Gentle Movement: Followed by gentle yoga asanas to rejuvenate our bodies and minds.

🗣️ Sharing Circle: A supportive sharing circle where intentions are set & stories, experiences, & valuable advice are freely exchanged.

➰Closing: We will close the circle with some devotional music. (If you have a song you would like to share please let me know. :))
